Join i3 in our upcoming Leadership Seminar, focused on supporting both experienced and beginning leaders to cultivate and strengthen capacity and skills to provide high-quality programs.

The seminar includes a three-session professional learning series, individual coaching sessions, and optional participation in a Community of Practice.

Leading the Way: Leadership concepts and meaning in early care and education; Developing shared vision and goals; Leadership role(s) and relationships, among staff, children, families, and community

SESSION 2

Leading for Quality, Inclusion & Equity: Instructional leadership; Reflective practice and reflective supervision; Building a program of inclusion and equity

SESSION 3

Leading in Balance: Administration and operations management; Time management and self-care; Balancing compliance with quality (contracts, regulations, and budgets)

INDIVIDUAL COACHING: Receive two individual coaching sessions in between seminar sessions, focused on your personal leadership goals.
